I'm a product leader working where cloud infrastructure meets commercial product. I help infrastructure-led businesses build clearer, more commercial products.

My background runs from managed services and cloud infrastructure, including time at a UK ISP, through to leading product strategy for cloud and SaaS platforms today. That mix means I've seen both sides: the technical reality of running cloud and infrastructure services, and the commercial work of turning them into propositions, pricing, and roadmaps.

I'm Microsoft Azure and AWS certified, with credentials across Azure architecture, cloud economics, security, and the infrastructure platforms that MSPs build on, like backup, disaster recovery, and virtualisation. I care as much about whether a product is reliable and well-architected as whether it's understandable and profitable.

Alongside that, I take on a small number of selective advisory and product engagements, helping MSPs, SaaS teams, and cloud businesses with proposition development, MVP planning, FinOps, and go-to-market. This site brings that advisory work together with the SaaS products I'm building.
